WHO YOU ARE As a Director, you will help lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to evaluate and optimize marketing performance. Your expertise will guide clients in understanding the effectiveness of their media investments across various channels, driving strategic decisions and maximizing ROI. You are an ambitious, seasoned leader who has total command of your field and significant experience working across multiple client verticals and all media channels. You are collaborative and entrepreneurial but structured in process and strategic thinking. You demonstrate a genuine commitment to client service and act as a true business partner. YOUR ROLE As a senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Group Director to review project briefs, provide analytics leadership on client strategic challenges, and drive the development and execution of cross-channel measurement strategies. You will build and analyze marketing mix models (MMM), design analytics frameworks, create data visualizations, optimize media investment, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership Act as the key lead across assigned accounts, providing guidance, leadership, and direction on all measurement initiatives. Build strong, independent relationships with client leads across media, analytics, and brand teams. Partner closely with Account Teams to fully understand client business needs, KPIs, and strategic priorities. Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping them connect measurement outputs to broader business decisions. MMM & Measurement Expertise Lead end-to-end delivery of MMM engagements, including study design, data strategy, model development, insight generation, and storytelling. Translate complex modeling outputs into clear, compelling business recommendations for clients and internal teams. Build, refine, and integrate MMM best practices into broader measurement frameworks. REQUIREMENTS An MA or BA in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, business analytics) and 6+ years’ experience in media analytics and business intelligence, with a focus on Marketing Mix Modeling and marketing measurement strategy. Deep expertise in marketing mix modeling (design, interpretation, strategic application) with experience across other forms of media measurement (MTA, brand lift, attention measurement) Experience crafting tailored measurement + optimization frameworks and test + learn agendas across multiple verticals and media types Salary: $140k - $165k.
