Who You Are As a Redbox Director, you will help lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to evaluate and optimize marketing performance. Your expertise will guide clients in understanding the effectiveness of their media investments across various channels, driving strategic decisions and maximizing ROI. You distill complex analytical solutions into simple, actionable insights that resonate with senior leadership and clients, ensuring data-driven strategies are understandable and impactful. Your Role As a senior member of the team, you will partner with the Group Director to review project briefs, provide analytics leadership on client strategic challenges, and drive cross-channel measurement strategies. You will build and analyze marketing mix models (MMM), design analytics frameworks, create data visualizations, optimize media investment, and translate data into actionable insights. You will lead client presentations and act as a hands-on, strategic advisor, helping clients connect media performance to business outcomes. The ideal candidate is deeply skilled in MMM and excited to build best-in-class measurement solutions across a portfolio of high-profile clients. Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership Act as the key Redbox lead across assigned accounts, providing guidance and direction on all measurement initiatives. Build strong, independent relationships with client leads across media, analytics, and brand teams. Partner with Account Teams to understand client business needs, KPIs, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment on goals and collaboration plans. Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping connect measurement outputs to broader business decisions. Advocate for measurement as a driver of business value, not just a reporting function. Support new business pitches and growth opportunities by developing measurement strategies, case studies, and solutions. MMM & Measurement Expertise Lead end-to-end delivery of MMM engagements, including study design, data strategy, model development, insight and storytelling. Translate complex modeling outputs into clear, compelling business recommendations for clients and internal teams. Build, refine, and integrate MMM best practices into broader measurement frameworks (e.g., lift testing, brand tracking, attribution). Continuously innovate in modeling methodology, including attention metrics, blended KPIs, automation, and MMM integration with BI dashboards. Own partnerships with modeling vendors and/or lead internal model development efforts. Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a team of analysts and managers, fostering growth in technical, strategic, and storytelling skills. Train the team on best-in-class measurement, dashboarding, insights and client presentations — leading by example. Actively double-check work and deliverables from the team, maintaining high quality and accuracy. Plan and prioritize team work, monitor timelines and hours, and negotiate reasonable timelines with stakeholders. Serve as a visible, accessible leader that the team respects for direction and collaboration. Encourage a culture of continuous learning across new tools, measurement techniques, visualization platforms, MMM, and MTA. Internal Contribution & Innovation Play a key role in the broader XM leadership team, contributing to agency initiatives and best practice development. Bring forward ideas for improving processes, building the team, and evolving how we work. Lead the development of reporting and dashboarding platforms, supporting the team with setup and hands-on involvement when needed. Requirements An MA or BA in a quantitative field and 6+ years of experience in media analytics and business intelligence, focusing on Marketing Mix Modeling and measurement strategy. Deep expertise in MMM with experience across other media measurement forms (MTA, brand lift, attention measurement). Experience crafting measurement + optimization frameworks and test-and-learn agendas across multiple verticals and media types. Strong understanding of media channels (traditional, digital, retail, commerce) and how they drive business results. Experience with statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus; storytelling and strategy skills are critical. Ability to synthesize complex technical outputs into clear, client-ready insights. Effective project and team management with attention to detail and multitasking. Reliable and responsible: able to steward the analytics team day-to-day and manage across multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent collaborator and communicator; comfortable presenting to larger audiences. Strong listening skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach in a cross-disciplinary environment. Salary: $140k - $165k. Commensurate with experience. Compensation determined by skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure, and experience with the position requirements.
