EisnerAmper is hiring a Director for its Risk and Compliance Services practice, specifically within the National Security Advisory team. This team offers risk advisory and compliance solutions based on risk management standards and technical expertise. Note: This role is hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to an EA office or client site. What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper: Be part of a large, fast-growing accounting and advisory firm Enjoy flexible scheduling supporting work/life balance Join a culture recognized as a top “Places to Work” Responsibilities include: Monitoring and auditing mitigation agreements related to national security; NSA experience is a plus Managing client relationships and tailoring engagements to client needs Leading client engagements: developing strategies and delivering solutions Overseeing priorities, budgets, and staff development during engagements Building client confidence and supporting business development activities Ensuring work scope aligns with USG National Security interests Analyzing company mitigation of national security risks and interacting with external counsel and USG agencies Assessing clients’ national security posture and compliance with relevant frameworks Maintaining advanced knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, COSO, etc. Developing NSA Compliance Policies, Security Plans, and POAMs Occasional extended hours or travel may be required Basic Qualifications: 15+ years of cybersecurity experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; CISSP/CISM or equivalent security certification 10+ years working with USG agencies, preferably FBI or related agencies Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or J.D. in related fields Strong knowledge of NIST and ISMS frameworks Willingness to travel 10-25% domestically and abroad Knowledge of advanced security technologies and solutions We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
