We're hiring a Director of Asset Management to oversee a utility-scale portfolio of solar, wind, thermal and storage assets across the MISO, ERCOT, and CAISO markets. Ideal for a strategic, market-savvy leader with a passion for clean energy operations. This position can be based from either - San Francisco, Chicago or Austin. Key Responsibilities Optimize asset performance and financial results across all markets. Manage operators, OEMs, and service providers to ensure safety and compliance. Align asset strategies with market, trading, and risk teams. Lead reporting, analytics, and budget planning. Oversee ESG compliance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 10+ years in power markets, including MISO, ERCOT, and/or CAISO. Experience managing renewable assets (solar, thermal, wind, storage). Knowledge of PPAs, merchant markets, and energy trading. Strong leadership and vendor management skills. Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Finance (MBA preferred).
