We are a fast-growing global company with customers in over 30 countries spanning industries such as theme parks, museums, zoos, trampoline parks, water parks, aquariums, and wake parks.About The RoleAt ROLLER, we’re building a Business Value Consulting team to bring consistency, credibility, and confidence to how we articulate ROI across every customer segment. As a Director of Business Value Consulting, you’ll be the dedicated owner of value storytelling and pilot success. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure every prospect and customer clearly understands the impact ROLLER delivers—grounded in data, not inflated assumptions. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you’ll design frameworks, define success metrics, and develop scalable ROI models that accelerate deal velocity, improve win rates, and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
