This is a top leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the firm, including cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. As the Director of Finance, you will lead a small, high-performing finance team, reporting directly to senior leadership and working closely with key stakeholders to drive the financial health and long-term stability of the organization. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accurate transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the firm’s goals for sustainable growth. Lead budgeting and cash flow management efforts to ensure financial health. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and internal controls. Oversee 401(k) plan administration and payroll compliance. Act as a liaison with external auditors, CPAs, and regulatory agencies. Provide strategic financial guidance and collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives. What We Are Looking For : Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience working in professional services or financial services firms. Strong expertise in financial operations , budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing finance teams. Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or other enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, NetSuite).
