We are seeking an ambitionosDirector of FP&Aand Modeling with strong experience working directly FOR private-equity firms (not PE-backed companies). This position will coordinate and own the consolidated operational and financial modeling of the Company. The Director of FP&Aand Modeling will analyze, present and provide recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) based on collaboration across the organization and detailed, fact-based analysis.

This is a highly visible role that will include regular interactions with executives across the organization, including the CEO, CFO and SLT. This position reports to the SVP of FP&A and is located Elmsford, NY on a limited hybrid schedule.

There will be some limited travel to King of Prussia, PA (5-10%)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and owning the top-down financial and operational three-statement model
  • Developing more effective, forward-looking financial and operational analytics
  • Improving our weekly internal reports and process
  • Reporting operational and financial variance analysis to the SLT and Board of Directors
  • Being an active participant on our “exit readiness” team (sale process)
  • Completing ad-hoc reporting on an as-needed basis
  • Participating and owning key sections and assumptions in our annual operating plan (AOP)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • PE experience of 5+ years
  • Advanced three-statement financial statement knowledge and modeling (e.g., acquisitions, new locations, price/volume changes, growth capital investments, sensitivity analyses, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with and analyzing large data sets (in Excel, BI, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
  • High sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Experience with Oracle EPM or similar platforms preferred
