About Us
We’re a rapidly scaling construction and development firm operating across California—headquartered in San Diego, with active projects in Sacramento and San Jose. Our mission is to lead the market with high-impact residential and commercial builds, modern renovations, and strategic development ventures. Backed by strong leadership and ambitious goals, we’re entering a critical growth phase—and we’re looking for someone ready to grow with us.
The Role
As Director of Operations, you’ll partner directly with our founder to streamline field operations, improve internal systems, and drive project execution across multiple job sites. You’ll get a front-row seat to the inner workings of real estate development, and you’ll be empowered to implement new systems, lead with initiative, and help shape our future.
This isn’t a “clock-in, clock-out” gig—we’re seeking someone who’s all in. Nights, weekends, ambitious growth goals, and endless opportunity come with the territory. Potential Hybrid Opportunity!

Create and improve internal workflows for budgeting, estimating, and reporting.
Hire, train, and supervise site coordinators, assistants, and subcontractor teams.
Assist with permitting, compliance, inspections, and documentation.

Collaborate directly with the CEO on scaling strategies and new initiatives.
You Are
Hungry to prove yourself in a leadership role.
Possibly underutilized in your current role and eager to take on more.
Experienced in construction, development, or related fields (field or project management).
Comfortable working under pressure and outside of typical hours.
Obsessed with learning, growth, and solving problems.
Not afraid to get your hands dirty, literally or figuratively.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or operations.
Strong organizational, leadership, and tech skills (G Suite, Asana, or construction management tools).
Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
