Location This role covers the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Location in one of these states is required because of the responsibilities to be present in the assigned market. The Role As the Director of Sales - West, you'll be the driving force behind revenue growth and sales performance in your region. In this leadership role, you'll oversee all channels, managing DSD partners and leading field sales teams to ensure best-in-class execution at the store level. You'll provide strategic direction, coaching, and supervision to maximize your team's impact, while building systems to track and improve execution across your territory. What You'll Do Consistently exceed regional sales quotas and pipeline development goals through strategic planning and high-impact execution. Identify market opportunities and deliver against key performance metrics to accelerate poppi's presence and performance within the territory. Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies, promotional programs, and incentive plans; fully own the incentive process from strategy and rollout to tracking and payout. Provide accurate, data-driven sales forecasts and budget updates, while proactively communicating performance trends and any deviations from plan to senior leadership. Ensure disciplined cost management across the region and strict budget control. Oversee trade spend, dealer loader programs, and the effective execution of point-of-sale materials, coolers, and equipment to maximize ROI and market impact. Partner closely with PepsiCo Market Directors to align strategic priorities, share regional insights, and optimize execution across retail and DSD networks. Your Background Bachelor's degree, preferably in business; or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years DSD/sales team management industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software. Valid state driver's license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles. Additional Requirements Travel up to 50% domestically for business-related meetings and market blitzes Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement. Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands. Compensation Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $135,000 - $145,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
