Overview

Director of Software (Compiler, Kernel) — lead the overall execution and delivery of compiler and kernel technologies for an ML accelerator team shaping the future of AGI. You will join a highly respected founding team with a track record of shipping world class AI chips and experience across AI processor leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a systems software stack (compilers, kernels) for an ML accelerator
• Lead and grow an engineering organization, preferably from 20+ people (flexible)
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, driving high performance and shipping milestones

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering a systems software stack (compilers, kernels) for an ML accelerator
• Experience leading and growing an engineering organization (20+ people preferred)
• Strong engineering background in systems software, with direct experience on compiler and kernel builds

Location

Mountain View, CA — in office preferred, potentially some hybrid flexibility
