Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Lead treasury operations: cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and cash movement management

Oversee bank relationships, account management, and strategic banking operations

Maintain compliance with credit and debt reporting requirements

Develop cash targets, liquidity models, and forecast variance tracking

Manage debt, covenant compliance, and related financing documentation

Support M&A activity from a treasury perspective

Provide strategic financial guidance and cash/debt projections to executive leadership

Conduct interest rate and liquidity stress testing

Collaborate with senior leadership on financial policy and capital strategy

Qualifications

6+ years of treasury experience, including 2+ years in leadership

At least 1 year with a publicly traded company

Multi-entity experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality) preferred

Exposure to high-growth, acquisitive environments is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

CTP certification preferred, not required

Independent and resourceful professional who can operate with minimal supervision
