Role Description This is a full-time role that serves as a Director or Managing Director of Investment Banking at Solganick & Co. As a Director or Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for deal origination and execution, including developing and executing deal strategies, managing and leading teams, expanding client relationships, and providing guidance on clients' strategic and financial M&A issues. They will work directly with clients, advising on and executing transactions from origination to post-closing integration. Additionally, the Director or Managing Director will represent Solganick & Co in the market and actively contribute to our growth and success. Location : Can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on city. U.S.-based only at this time, however. We do have offices in Dallas and Los Angeles but are open to other locations for our hiring needs. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree, including an MBA or equivalent, is preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance with an industry focus on one or more technology sectors or subsectors.
