They collaborate with global product development teams, in-country marketing teams, and PayPal's marketing communication channel owners to ensure alignment with market needs and drive product awareness through effective communication. This role involves monitoring market trends to adjust strategies, detailed tracking of marketing effectiveness and budget, and ensuring that products resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop insights and conduct market analysis to inform product strategy and positioningCreate and refine value proposition narratives tailored to market segmentsMonitor and analyze competition to identify opportunities and threatsCollect and validate customer feedback to guide product developmentLead early detection and resolution of customer issues to improve satisfactionOversee performance tracking through instrumentation and dashboardingTranslate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancementsDrive the execution of key initiatives and go-to-market strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful merchant solutionsLead regional product marketing initiatives to align with business objectivesQualificationsMinimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Compensation and BenefitsPayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350. Actual compensation is based on factors including location, skills and experience. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
