The Work Ripple seeks a skilled Director - Salesforce Architect and GTM Systems Lead to be responsible for our GTM tech stack, emphasizing Salesforce. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to provide scalable solutions that boost income, enrich customer interaction, and elevate data quality.
Drive technical and strategic direction for our Salesforce platform to support business objectives and GTM system integration.
What You’ll Do Lead GTM systems strategy, ensuring alignment of Salesforce and coordinated tools with revenue-generating processes
Manage and mentor a small team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts
Architect, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
Develop and maintain a long-term GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with business collaborators
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions
Coordinate Salesforce data architecture, including data modeling, de-duplication, governance, and compliance with security and privacy standards
Establish guidelines and standards for Salesforce development, configuration, and administration
Support GTM teams by optimizing processes for lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, onboarding, renewals, and customer support workflows
Evaluate, suggest, and implement new technologies to improve the GTM technology stack
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new technologies, offering mentorship on adoption
What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience coordinating, developing, or architecting Salesforce, with a proven track record leading complex Salesforce implementations
Deep knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, declarative automation, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Hands-on experience with integrations to systems like marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and customer data platforms
Strong communication and collaborator management skills; ability to work across functions and influence without formal authority
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban is advantageous.
Experience with revenue intelligence, conversational intelligence, and sales engagement tools (such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft) is advantageous
CA Annual Base Salary Range $208,000 — $255,000 USD. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
