About the role and what you’ll be doing:
Manage the day to day delivery of mainframe solutions with a focus on software and service transition. Will be responsible for multiple mainframe technical delivery teams and their management. The Director will have managers and senior managers directly reporting and taking direction. Will be responsible for the transition of services of mainframe clients into Ensono support. Will also be responsible for delivering mainframe upgrades, software installs, and other mainframe projects for existing clients as necessary. Provide work direction to managers directly reporting to the Director and setting the direction for individual contributors for the management team to carry out. The Director of Solution Delivery Architecture will work closely with other Directors to delivery their teams services as one Ensono.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides formal mentorship
High complexity assignments- owner
Moderate complexity assignments – owner (1 or >)
Low complexity assignments – provide oversight/review
Regularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist
Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly
Determines need for and Responsible for installing, upgrading, and configuring mainframe operating systems and software
Meet with potential clients to explain Ensono services and processes
Assist Solutions Architecture to ensure mainframe solutions are implementable within standards and cost
Meet with clients on project status and resolve issues or concerns with delivery
Recruit, interview, and assign associates as necessary for fulfilling obligations including during times of growth and contraction
Required Qualifications
10 years experience working in a mainframe environment. A minimum of 4 years managing IT professionals
Knowledgeable with mainframe hardware, software, and migration concepts
Fully functional and self-directed
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
ITIL Foundations Certified
Understands the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspective
Experience working with a mainframe services provider either directly of as a recipient of such services

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $150,000 to $190,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, includean annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance , and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
