The hiring range for this role is:
$155,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range depends on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Trade Client Strategy Director Responsibilities This role involves liaising with participants, managing clinical policies, ensuring compliance with manufacturer contracts, and collaborating across teams to support rebate programs and clinical decision-making at the participant level.
Primary Job Functions Consult with Client Relations on Trade inquiries and initiatives.
Convey rebate and formulary strategies to health plan participants.
Understand PBM operations and drug policy implementation.
Interpret pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts and align them with UM policies.
Manage clinical policies for manufacturer contract compliance.
Support Client Relations with Trade-related inquiries.

Client Relations
Clinical Team
Invoicing Team
Product Team
Education, Experience, and Certification Pharmacy degree and PharmD preferred.
5-7 years in healthcare, PBM, utilization management, or related fields.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to apply clinical data to financial decisions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Pharmacy residency or equivalent experience.
Experience with PBM, Medicaid, Medicare, and health plans.
Understanding of contract language and risk mitigation.
Travel up to 10%. Work is generally remote.
