As our Division Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales superheroes, building your own squad of Avengers to take on the arch-nemesis of old-school payroll systems. You\'ll run appointments 3 to 4 days a week with your reps to demonstrate how our cutting-edge solutions can revolutionize their business operations. What\'s in it for you? Responsibilities Lead and manage a sales team, building and developing a high-performing squad. Run appointments with reps 3 to 4 days per week to demonstrate how Heartland\'s solutions can transform client operations. Recruit effectively using social media and other strategies to attract top talent. Prospect, communicate, present, and network with CPAs and Brokers to drive new business. Work independently and as part of a team; adapt and collaborate as needed. Develop talent and close sales with a proven track record. Operate in a work-from-home field sales leadership role; candidates must live locally. Must Haves Be the face of the company with a consistently optimistic demeanor. Demonstrate hustle and avoid roles that imply less initiative. Maintain professionalism and integrity; avoid shady practices. Display a growth mindset and strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication; train and coach sales leaders and reps on your team. Promote from within based on merit; opportunities in Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Revenue Operations. Competitive compensation: first-year Heartland Division Manager may earn $90,000 - $130,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
