You will provide support to the Digital and Media teams, and be responsible for overseeing various paid and organic projects across search and social media. Ideal candidates will have experience with strategizing and executing paid search and social media campaigns, project managing organic social media projects and influencer campaigns, and stewarding SEO best practices. Expectations and Requirements 2-5 years of relevant experience across paid search and paid social media, agency experience is preferred Leads day-to-day efforts across 3-5 client accounts with support and oversight from the Digital Media team leaders Possesses strong organizational skills and communication skills (both verbal and written) Possesses above-average math skills with proven ability to analyze and interpret data Dependable team player, able to work both autonomously and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Responsibilities Strategizing recommendations for channels, audience targeting, budget, flighting, KPIs and benchmarks, conversion events, and appropriate creative messaging in alignment with brand strategy and client goals. Programming and managing paid search and social media campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign goal setting, conversion tracking infrastructure, bid management, A/B testing, analytics tracking and interpretation, regular optimizations, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and budget stewardship. Developing paid search campaigns including keyword research, campaign architecture, and copywriting for Responsive Search Ads. Presenting strategy, analytics and reporting, and participating in weekly client status calls, annual planning meetings, and/or brainstorms. Continually evaluating and recommending additional digital media platforms and tactics that could positively impact our clients’ businesses. Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams on a daily basis. $47,000 – $60,000 Dunn&Co. is on a hybrid work schedule, and in the office 3 days a week. We are only looking for local talent, or those willing to relocate.
