We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented litigator with experience handling workplace claims such as wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, and PAGA matters. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of attorneys and staff handling employment law matters Oversee litigation across all phases, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial preparation Review and approve pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements for quality control Develop and refine case management systems, workflows, and best practices to increase efficiency Collaborate with partners on strategy for high-value or complex cases Engage with clients to ensure responsiveness, clarity, and alignment with firm values Requirements: 7+ years of experience in employment litigation (class actions, PAGA, FEHA, wage/hour) Proven ability to supervise, train, and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, or staff Strong case management and organizational skills in high-volume litigation Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Familiarity with employment law statutes such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and California Labor Code Licensed to practice law in the State of California
