Engineering Manager, Corporate Security (CorpSec) Full-time | Remote (US) Compensation: $256K base + 15% bonus About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on engineering leader to drive endpoint and corporate security at scale. In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on securing user endpoints, enterprise applications, and network communications—balancing risk reduction with a seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with corporate engineering teams to integrate security into core systems, design scalable solutions, and deliver a secure ecosystem that supports company growth. As an engineering manager, you’ll set the strategic vision, mentor your team, and stay close to the technology when needed—whether reviewing code, writing technical docs, or leading incidents. Tech stack: macOS, Chromebook, Golang, Python, Docker, AWS, GCP What You’ll Do Design and implement security solutions for macOS, Chromebook, and mobile endpoints Oversee secure configurations, compliance, threat detection, and user enablement Integrate endpoint, SaaS, and data security into corporate engineering initiatives Mentor, guide, and scale a high-performing security engineering team Lead hiring and build team culture aligned with company values What We’re Looking For 7+ years of combined software and security engineering experience 5+ years of securing endpoints (macOS, Chromebook) and SaaS applications at scale 5+ years of engineering management experience Strong coding background and commitment to high-quality engineering practices Execution-focused mindset with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term results Hands-on ability to code, triage incidents, and contribute to technical decisions Nice to Have Experience with zero trust network solutions (e.g., Cloudflare, Zscaler) Background in securing mobile endpoints (iOS, Android) Experience with Golang, Docker, AWS, or GCP Benefits Competitive salary, bonus, and quarterly-vesting RSUs Medical, dental, and vision insurance with generous contributions 401(k) with company match HSA with company contributions , life insurance, and wellness stipends Fertility counseling and benefits Volunteer time off and generous leave policies Option to receive pay in digital currency
