Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of world-class embedded AI engineers. Own hiring strategy, ensuring the team scales with top-tier talent. Drive the technical roadmap, working closely with product and hardware leadership. Balance hands-on technical involvement with mentorship and people leadership. Ensure your team delivers production-ready Edge AI solutions optimized for latency, memory, and power. Requirements 7+ years in engineering (embedded systems, AI deployment, or edge computing). 2+ years in team leadership/management with proven hiring and mentoring success. Strong technical foundation (C++ / Python / embedded ML frameworks). Comfortable leading projects where hardware, firmware, and AI meet.
