Overview Enterprise Account Director, Talent Solutions (Search & Staffing) role based in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, or Remote. Hybrid work arrangement: work from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within the Enterprise sector. You will help customers engage with our Talent and Learning solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities. You will balance a strategic sales approach with a client-first mindset to ensure customers are set up for success. Responsibilities Research the customer’s business and prepare thoughtful questions and insights before meetings Ask layered, open-ended questions to understand objectives and challenges beyond surface level Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer’s organization Shift communication style to fit different stakeholders Lead with solutions, not products, when recommending actions aligned to customer objectives Sell with integrity and drive customer decision making by articulating a shared vision Think commercially and apply business acumen in crafting and negotiating commercial agreements Use data and insights to support investment recommendations or address objections Proactively mitigate churn risk with a customer-centric approach Engage customers to confirm value and adapt strategy to optimize ROI Drive customer growth by identifying opportunities to deliver greater value Apply account planning with consideration of economic, industry, and company factors Map key stakeholders and create an account outreach strategy Agree to joint accountability with colleagues for optimal customer success Demonstrate humility and seek help when needed Maintain discipline in territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment Follow CRM and sales tooling best practices to manage sales and buyer cycles Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of applicable sales experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HR software BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field Experience selling IT solutions Knowledge of software contract terms and the ability to create fair transactions Negotiation and accurate forecasting skills Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results Strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills Demonstrated ability to engage at high levels in an evangelistic sales environment Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers Ability to orchestrate closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs Ability to engage multiple partners and management in competitive selling Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $230,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
