Enterprise AI Sales Director

GoodData is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Enterprise AI Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for a new line of AI-native products in the U.S. enterprise segment. This is a hands-on, high visibility individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. You will have both strategic input and day-to-day execution ownership. You will play a central role in building our U.S. enterprise pipeline from the ground up, owning deals end-to-end, and collaborating on GTM strategy in a fast-moving, innovative environment. As you establish a successful and scalable model, this role offers strong potential for internal growth and expanded responsibility.
This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office, with weekly in-person attendance expected.
What You Will Do Drive sales of GoodData’s AI product portfolio to enterprise customers across the U.S.
Own the entire sales cycle from targeted outbound to known prospects through deal closure
Partner with leadership to build and execute a strategic sales plan to rapidly scale pipeline and revenue
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape messaging and GTM strategy across a multi-national organization
Cultivate executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers
Manage complex, multi-threaded sales engagements and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
About You 7+ years of direct sales experience within SaaS, B2B, enterprise software
Hands-on sales professional who takes ownership of the full sales cycle
Hunter mentality with a proven ability to build qualified pipeline and close enterprise deals
Ambitious self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota, eager to build and scale an enterprise sales motion with the potential to grow into a leadership role
A transparent team player - you identify opportunities, but also communicate blockers to enable strategic decision making
Detail oriented, strong relationship-building skills, and a focus on a high level of customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high caliber presentation skills
Experience working with AI a plus
Technical background or the ability to engage in deep product conversations with data teams and technical stakeholders is a strong plus

Annual base salary: $130,000 - $175,000 + commissions + equity
The base range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on geographic location, job related skills, experience, qualifications and market conditions.
