What we do Consulting - Tech Consulting - FinTech - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Senior. EY helps businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT investments. We deliver advice on how technology, finance process efficiency and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, and how IT can act as a multiplying effect during major program transformations. Our EPM team applies cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients, guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions. Responsibilities Translating business requirements into technical solutions Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes Contributing to project delivery and tracking status Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics Bridge business and technology to shape architecture of solutions aligned with business goals Evaluate solution architectures, coordinate junior colleagues, and interact with clients daily Skills and attributes for success Blend of technical proficiency and business acumen User feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks Critical thinking and ability to bring order to unstructured problems Quality review of deliverables for accuracy and relevance Ability to adapt to different situations, environments, and perspectives Managing expectations of client service delivery Application and Tool Analysis; Cloud Computing Architecture; Data Architecture Design and Modeling Solution Architecture Design; Relationship Management; Communication Complex problem-solving; Emotional agility; Hybrid collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of relevant experience A minimum of three years’ consulting experience Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik) Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience across areas such as management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80% Preferred or additional Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT Ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients What we offer Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges vary by location (e.g., $112,300 to $185,400; NYC Metro/Washington State/California higher ranges) Total Rewards includes medical and dental, pension and 401(k), paid time off Hybrid working model with client-facing roles typically in-person 40-60% of the time Flexible vacation policy and designated holidays and leaves for wellbeing Equal opportunity and accommodations EY provides equal employment opportunities and complies with applicable law.
