What we do Consulting - Tech Consulting - FinTech - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Senior. EY helps businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT investments. We deliver advice on how technology, finance process efficiency and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, and how IT can act as a multiplying effect during major program transformations. Our EPM team applies cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients, guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities Translating business requirements into technical solutions
Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes
Contributing to project delivery and tracking status
Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed
Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics
Bridge business and technology to shape architecture of solutions aligned with business goals
Evaluate solution architectures, coordinate junior colleagues, and interact with clients daily

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of relevant experience
A minimum of three years’ consulting experience
Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik)
Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience across areas such as management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication
Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%
Preferred or additional Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT
Ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients
What we offer Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges vary by location (e.g., $112,300 to $185,400; NYC Metro/Washington State/California higher ranges)
