Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

About the Role
We are launching a new Enterprise Sales initiative and we are hiring Sales Directors to build and lead teams of Enterprise sellers focussed on the North and South Americas.
Based in the Bay Area this is a hybrid role where you will take your experience and sales success across Enterprise accounts to a new level.
Your remit will be to hire, lead and direct a team of Account Executives purely focussed on selling our DevOps/DevSecOps and Data Management solutions to Fortune 100, Large Enterprise and MNC's operating within the United States, Canada and South Americas.
This is a critical leadership role with ownership of the Americas Enterprise quota and a major opportunity to drive growth. You’ll develop the go-to-market strategy, build the team, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to expand our footprint across the region. If you're an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and has experience building new markets, this is a rare opportunity to have a transformational impact.
Responsibilities
Your remit is simple - build a successful team of Enterprise Sales Professionals
Your success will be measured on growth and revenue target achievement
You will build relationships with internal partners across Sales Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
Deliver a regional go-to-market strategy tailored to the Americas Enterprise landscape
Lead , Hire, Coach and Mentor a team of sellers based out of the Bay Area.
Build executive-level customer relationships in key markets
Establish predictable forecast and pipeline review processes
Drive execution against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Win business and grow revenue numbers
Who You Are
10+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience - closing multiple deals over 7 figures
Recognisable track record of performance - Presidents Club, Sales awards recognition.
Track record of scaling growth through direct sales efforts rather than relying on marketing and partner initiatives.
Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment, ideally selling complex SaaS solutions to IT buyers and executives.
Entrepreneurial, Highly driven, Tenacious and talented.
Comfortable being hands-on: you know when to lead from the front and when to coach from behind
Experience from a challenger environment is highly valued.
