The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Tech team, you will manage the development and validation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and use cases related to risk, compliance, audit, and legal functions. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a top level to drive project success. You will leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of experience in machine learning and generative AI development
What Sets You Apart
Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration/Management, Risk Management, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics preferred
Econometric/statistical and machine learning modeling
Compliance, risk or controls background/experience
Writing validation reports and model documentation
Understanding of model risk management concepts
Possessing business development experience in the consulting industry
Experience leading teams and complex engagements
Demonstrating proficiency in Python, SAS, R, SQL

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills and location.
