ERP IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - CAMPFIRE

THE OPPORTUNITY: Our client, a fast-growing organization, is implementing Campfire ERP to strengthen its accounting and finance infrastructure. They are seeking an Interim ERP Implementation Consultant, with prior experience implementing Campfire, to guide the system transition, ensure proper setup, and support adoption across the business. The engagement is expected to last 3–4 months, with remote options considered for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the transition from the current accounting platform to Campfire ERP, including system configuration, data migration, and testing.
Collaborate with finance leadership to define requirements and design Campfire workflows that align with operational needs.
Partner with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to configure modules that support reporting, purchasing, and financial close processes.
Oversee data conversion for general ledger, AR/AP, vendors, customers, and contract/revenue records.
Ensure proper setup for multi-entity, consolidations, and other accounting structures within Campfire.
Provide training and guidance to staff on navigating and using Campfire effectively.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deliverables are achieved on schedule.
Deliver supporting documentation, process workflows, and post-implementation assistance.
REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience leading Campfire implementation or migrations required.
Strong skills in system configuration, data migration, and process improvement.
Background in industries with complex operational or accounting requirements, such as inventory, contract revenue, or multi-entity environments.
Ability to align ERP capabilities with finance workflows (procurement, order-to-cash, revenue recognition, etc.).
Strong communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid project management capabilities with a history of delivering successful ERP rollouts.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required.
