Overview Executive Experience Consultant at ServiceNow. This role centers on designing and delivering executive engagements and reimagining the executive experience to align with customer transformation goals. It is not a traditional program management role and emphasizes adaptability, influence, and trusted relationships to drive world‑class engagements.
Pay Base pay range: $111,700.00/yr - $195,500.00/yr
What You’ll Do Design & Orchestrate Executive Experiences: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of high-stakes executive briefings, ensuring engagements exceed expectations and align to customer transformation goals.
Influence & Inspire Change: Help shift organizational mindsets from legacy, slide-heavy briefings to an innovation-led, facilitator-driven model.
Build Trust Across the Organization: Forge strong relationships with sales leaders, C-level executives, product evangelists, and cross-functional teams; serve as a trusted advisor balancing customer needs with ServiceNow’s priorities.
Industry-Aligned Advisory: Specialize in an assigned industry, developing deep understanding of sector challenges and opportunities; synthesize insights to shape future briefings and position ServiceNow as a trusted advisor.
Navigate Complexity & Ambiguity: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where program standards are evolving; anticipate challenges, address risks, and adapt as priorities shift.
Elevate Customer-Centric Storytelling: Translate customer goals into compelling narratives and immersive demonstrations that position ServiceNow as a strategic partner.
Champion Program Excellence: Uphold and evolve program standards, mentoring peers and partners to deliver world-class engagements.
Qualifications 8+ years of experience designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements or similar strategic programs.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including sales teams, senior executives, and cross-functional partners.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with executive presence.
Strong program and project management capabilities with attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Comfort navigating complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change while keeping teams aligned and motivated.
A consultative, customer-first mindset and ability to translate business challenges into opportunities for transformation.
Entrepreneurial drive to continuously improve and wow customers in innovative ways.
Nice To Have (Not Required) Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 for collaboration and content development.
Experience using BriefingSource for briefing and engagement management.
Exposure to PowerBI or other analytics tools to surface insights and guide narratives.
Background in sales or customer experience, with perspective on how executive engagements accelerate outcomes.

For this location, base pay is $111,700 - $195,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales roles may include On Target Earnings (OTE). Base pay is a guideline and total compensation varies by location, qualifications, and other factors. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, donations matching, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
