Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Hubscale Principal Cyber GTM Recruiter - Go-To-Market & Exec appointments across the USA, EMEA and APJ for high growth Cyber Security vendors Location: Washington DC - someone that could be in DC two days a week Salary Expectations: $300-350k OTE 50/50 (depending on experience) I'm working with a market leader in the Identity space who is well established within the Federal space and already has some strong relationships there. Their product is well aligned with the current administration's goals which has meant that their Federal team has seen a massive success. So as a result, they are growing the team. They are looking for someone to hunt new Federal logos particularly within the Civilian space and someone that has experience selling Identity products. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants mentorship from some veterans in the space and is keen to move up in the company. There are many people in leadership and in the company who have consistently moved up within the company. They invest in their teams heavily. This is also a company that is looking to IPO in the next few years so if you want to get some money back from stock options then this is the place to be! Responsibilities: Hunt, own and grow revenue from assigned Federal Civilian agencies (e.g., DHS, VA, DOJ, GSA), aligning with agency missions and cybersecurity priorities. Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans that identify key stakeholders, procurement paths, and upcoming funding cycles. Establish strong relationships with agency CISOs, procurement officers, systems integrators, and strategic partners. Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close. Leverage existing contract vehicles (e.g., GSA, SEWP, FirstSource, etc.) and coordinate with internal proposal teams on RFIs/RFPs. Act as a trusted advisor , understanding the customer’s identity and access challenges and aligning our solutions with their security and compliance needs (e.g., FICAM, ICAM, FedRAMP, Zero Trust). Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales engineers, product teams, and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and customer messaging. Maintain and expand a healthy pipeline using Salesforce (or similar CRM), and provide accurate, timely forecasts and reporting. Stay informed on federal mandates (e.g., EO 14028, M-22-09), agency-specific initiatives, and competitor activity. Represent the company at federal conferences, webinars, and partner events (AFCEA, ACT-IAC, etc.).
