Overview At U.S. Bank, we’re on a journey to do our best. This role focuses on managing relationships with Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers, growing revenue, and providing financial guidance and banking products to prospects and clients. A prerequisite is experience working as a relationship manager with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
Responsibilities Manage relationships with Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers.
Grow revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Approve loans within assigned limits, manage loan and portfolio credit quality, source prospects, and develop new customer relationships.
Provide financial advice to customers and sell appropriate bank products and services to prospects and clients.
Make appropriate referrals.
Qualifications Experience working as a relationship manager with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field.
Preferred Skills/Experience Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.
Work Arrangement The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week.

Pay Range: $170,255.00 – $200,300.00
