The hiring range for this role is: 92,787.88 - 139,616.25 This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay . This role is responsible for leading and managing small to mid-size projects and parts of larger projects addressing strategic issues for the Blue System. Responsibilities include applying analytical rigor, executing research, identifying insights, and communicating effectively with non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Develop executive deliverables and present findings to influence decision makers. 30% Conduct research, synthesize findings, and recommend strategies. 25% Lead mid-size projects and parts of larger projects. 25% Support strategic planning including BCBS Plan engagement. 15% Provide coaching to junior staff. 5% Job Overview: This role involves leading projects, applying analytical methods, and sharing insights to inform strategic decisions within the Blue System. Key skills include collaboration, project management, and communication. Essential Functions: Develop deliverables and present findings. Conduct research and synthesize findings. Lead projects and support strategic planning. Mentor junior staff. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in related business experience. Experience with strategy development and analytical methods. Project leadership experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to generate insights.
