The hiring range for this role is: 92,787.88 - 139,616.25 This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This role is responsible for leading and managing small to mid-size projects and parts of larger projects addressing strategic issues for the Blue System. Responsibilities include applying analytical rigor, executing research, identifying insights, and communicating effectively with non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Develop executive deliverables and present findings to influence decision makers. 30% Conduct research, synthesize findings, and recommend strategies. 25% Lead mid-size projects and parts of larger projects. 25% Support strategic planning including BCBS Plan engagement. 15% Provide coaching to junior staff. 5% Job Overview: This role involves leading projects, applying analytical methods, and sharing insights to inform strategic decisions within the Blue System.
