As a Finance Business Partner, you will serve the Construction Software Business Unit, guiding financial strategy and performance for Fieldwire, 4PS, CrewCenter and ON!Track. You will partner with senior executives to shape decisions, drive integration, and enable long-term value creation.
What the role involves Partner directly with BU and functional leaders to shape and execute our global software growth strategy.
Lead the financial performance management cycle, including rolling forecasts and financial steering across all construction software business units.
Analyze and advise on business cases, investments, and commercial strategies—turning data into action.
Own and improve the financial planning processes for integration initiatives involving Fieldwire, 4PS, and potential future acquisitions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, propose financial guardrails, and recommend course corrections.
Contribute to long-term planning initiatives, including shaping the financial vision for 2030 and beyond.
Ensure compliance and risk alignment while embedding agile, future-proof finance systems and structures.
Establish yourself as the "voice of reason" between growth ambition and financial responsibility, supporting decision-makers with unbiased, fact-based insight.
Lead with influence by asking challenging questions, probing assumptions, and helping senior stakeholders align on impactful choices.
Balance time between strategic conversations and hands-on finance operations. This is business partnering at its most influential.

What you need Master's degree in finance, business, or related field (CPA/CMA/CA is a plus).
7–10 years of experience in finance, consulting, or audit—ideally within multinational organizations.
Experience in SaaS/software finance is highly preferred.
Strong strategic acumen with hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning experience.
Proven success in business partnering roles—working with executives and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
Ability to influence without authority, simplify complex financial topics, and communicate clearly in fluent English.
Willingness to relocate to Switzerland or commute from a neighboring country.
