Responsibilities: Act as the primary financial partner to the US management team and Managing Directors, ensuring smooth integration of new acquisitions and enhancing financial governance and reporting processes. Lead KPI implementation and guide financial performance aligned with business objectives. Manage the integration of new acquisitions regarding financial processes, consolidation, and transparency. Oversee financial reporting initiatives, focusing on KPI quality and data accuracy. Collaborate with the Corporate Development team on FDD and transition financial models and budgets.
