Overview Financial Analyst Consultant Our client, a fast-growing Software Development company in the mobile and AI space, is seeking a Financial Analyst Consultant to refine and upgrade their financial model for operational use and potential M&A or fundraising activities. This opportunity is 100% remote and has an expected duration of 1 month. This position reports to the CFO. Responsibilities Refine and upgrade the company’s financial model to support operational planning and M&A/fundraising. Build and automate dashboards using advanced Excel tools. Apply SaaS finance metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, CAC/LTV, burn multiple, forecasting). Coach and upskill internal team members during the engagement. Collaborate directly with the CFO to align financial strategy and execution. Requirements Deep expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, dynamic arrays, Power Query/Power Pivot, automation). Strong background in SaaS finance and metrics. Experience creating financial models for operational and strategic use. Ability to communicate and coach effectively. Prior experience supporting fundraising or M&A processes.
