What We’re Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experience 1+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager Experience building products at scale (1M+ users) Comfort working across the stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, APIs, infra) Strong product instincts and user empathy Experience in early-stage environments Bonus: Background in consumer crypto, gaming, or embedded SDKs About the Role(s) Depending on the team, you could be: Leading development of core user-facing apps and frontend architecture Building SDKs and APIs for external developers and platforms Scaling products across multiple chains, wallets, and user types Owning backend systems like payments, points, or wallet abstraction Collaborating directly with founders on product and company-building Process We’ll confidentially match you with portfolio companies aligned with your background, skill set, and interests.
