Fullstack AI Engineer San Francisco | Full-time | Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) $200,000 – $270,000 + equity Quantix Search is partnering with a rapidly growing AI healthtech startup that recently closed a huge $30M Series A funding round. Their AI-powered tools are already used daily by over 10,000 clinicians, addressing core challenges in medical documentation and workflow. WThey achieved in excess of $10M in ARR achieved within their first year, and are now expanding their engineering team to support continued product innovation and scale. We are currently supporting them in the search for a Fullstack AI Engineer to play a key role in this next phase of growth. What you’ll be doing: Leading the development of product features across the full stack (React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure, SQL) Working hands-on with state-of-the-art AI models (language and speech), including training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference optimization Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers Designing and running experiments to test new features and drive product improvements What we're looking for: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strength on the backend and experience working on AI-powered products Strong coding skills (primarily backend) Experience applying modern AI/ML tools, especially around LLMs or speech models Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment Mission-driven mindset and genuine interest in healthcare impact Why this role? $30M Series A raised from a top-tier VC $11M+ ARR and 10,000+ paying users within 12 months A product that clinicians genuinely love, and use daily Fast-moving team with a strong engineering culture: ownership, speed, and autonomy In-person collaboration in SF 3 days a week with smart, ambitious teammates If you’re excited about building at the intersection of AI and healthcare, and want to work on something with real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.
