We're partnering with a growing private equity firm to hire a Remote Accounting Manager, offering up to $150K base + bonus, 100% employer-paid benefits, and the chance to take ownership of fund-level accounting in a fully remote, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:

Review capital calls, distributions, and quarterly financials prepared by fund administrators Validate waterfall calculations and maintain internal check workpapers Support LP communications, including wire confirmations and follow-up on capital calls Manage fund-level credit facilities and monitor real-time cash activities Review fund expenses and perform allocations per firm policy Assist with investor due diligence, compliance filings, and performance reporting Execute and maintain cash movements (wires, ACH, transfers) and wire instructions Post LP deliverables and support documentation improvements Handle ad hoc projects and contribute to best practice development

Qualifications:

6+ years of fund accounting/reporting experience Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred Detail-oriented with strong analytical and Excel/modeling abilities
