You have 8+ years of Legal experience and seek a new challenge in a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company. What you'll do: Serve as a strategic partner and key contributor to leadership, guiding risk-aware decision making. Research, analyze, and advise on a broad spectrum of legal topics (e.g., intellectual property, data security, privacy, labor, corporate structuring) ensuring compliance. Draft and improve SaaS and service agreements, lead negotiations with third parties, balancing growth with protection of interests. Collaborate with go-to-market teams, managing deal flow and maintaining communication. Work cross-functionally with People Ops on employment-related issues. Lead legal aspects of equity fundraising, board activities, and employee equity administration. Develop vendor management procedures and documentation. Oversee corporate registrations and licensing. Manage external legal resources when specialized counsel is needed. Stay informed on legal topics affecting the company and industry ecosystem. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. What you have: At least 10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in high-growth, venture-backed companies. Experience negotiating B2B SaaS contracts with large financial institutions. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Extras you bring: Enthusiasm for scaling vertical software businesses. Broad legal knowledge with a practical, business-oriented approach. Experience leading negotiations with senior counsel. Self-motivated with integrity, urgency, and fairness. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and disciplined thinking. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills.
