Global Benefits Expat Vice President

Overview Aon is looking for a Global Benefits Expat VP to support multinational clients in providing benefits to expatriate employees. Location options include New York, San Francisco, Irvine, Chicago, or Houston.
Responsibilities Serve as day-to-day contact to support mid-sized or large multinational clients.
Lead projects within established time frames and financial parameters.
Support the development and execution of client benefits strategies and global project implementations, interacting directly with client teams and other Aon cross-functional teams.
Attend client meetings and present results as part of a collaborative client service team.
Resolve client issues at appropriate levels and keep the team informed of issues requiring escalation.
Communicate with external parties such as HR contacts, plan sponsors, vendors, and carrier partners to resolve issues, research and respond to routine inquiries, and prepare and present reports.
Make intermediate or final recommendations.
Conduct internal meetings, monitor and execute deliverables and accountabilities based on project scope and statement of work.
Identify additional potential work and any out-of-scope services requested by clients.
Aim to achieve specified client servicing deliverables and goals identified each year, including billable hours and utilization goals where applicable.
Support senior members of the group in developing business opportunities through the introduction of additional services for existing clients.
Train and mentor less experienced staff, review their work for reasonableness and accuracy to validate data and results.
Participate in training opportunities to remain current with technical skills and the regulatory environment.
Lead New Business Development activities.
Required Knowledge & Experience 6-10+ years of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm or a vendor/insurance carrier.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
High level of knowledge of international employee benefits.
Sales development skills.
Demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures, and languages.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience International or US benefits consulting experience.
Demonstrated consultative skills to effectively work in a cohesive team environment and communicate with a variety of internal and external parties.
Education Bachelor’s degree

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position for U.S. applicants is $145K to $165K annually, varies based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The salary may be adjusted based on internal equity and market data. Eligible for one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
