What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Cultivate and expand executive relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
Lead strategic account planning and create long-term value roadmaps aligned with customer priorities
Serve as the global coordinator across internal teams to ensure customer success and alignment
Track and optimize customer health, ensuring high product usage, satisfaction, and retention
Contribute to internal best practices and mentor team members supporting the account
What is Required (Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Account Leadership in an enterprise SaaS environment
Experience managing global customers with $10M+ ARR and multiple stakeholders
Strong executive presence, business acumen, and storytelling ability
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build internal alignment
Familiarity with Microsoft solutions or similar enterprise platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Willingness to travel (domestic and international) up to 25%
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
