Global Real Estate Strategy and Transactions Director The Opportunity:
This is a strategic leadership role within Global Workplace ( GW ) responsible for overseeing Booz Allen's global real estate portfolio and leading a team that serves as the primary interface between the corporate real estate function and the global business units, ensuring that all real estate decisions align with the broader operational and growth goals, as well as enterprise strategy. Your team also serves a key strategic planning function by taking a data-driven, proactive, and collaborative approach to strategy development, including expansion, consolidation, relocation, renewal, or closure, by assessing demand forecasting, business alignment, scenario modeling, and governance for strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing capital planning and budget ing for real estate initiatives, ensuring alignment with finan cia l objectives and ROI expectations.You will implement and manage real estate systems and tools to monitor portfolio performance and space utilization. You will be accountable to oversee all real estate tra nsa ctions and leasing activities to ensure alignment with finan cia l goals, risk management practices, and operational needs. You will analyze finan cia l metrics, evaluate opportunities, and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Collaboration with internal teams, external brokers, consult ants, and vendors will be cru cia l to facilitating decision-making and executing real estate strategies that align with both client expectations and business objectives. You Have:
12+ years of experience with corporate real estate, spe cia lizing, strategic planning, finance, leasing, and tra nsa ction oversight
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
Experience managing global real estate portfolios and leading multi-site initiatives
Experience leading teams of tra nsa ction managers and utilizing strong finan cia l acumen
Experience with capital planning and ROI analysis
Experience conveying complex real estate information clearly and effectively to various audiences
Experience supporting ongoing lease administration for a global workplace portfolio
Ability to influence and e nga ge with executive stakeholders, think strategically and execute methodically, and use data to drive insights and decisions
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the business practices and processes specific to government contract ing environments
Experience with government-regulated secured space facilities and their operational requirements
Experience with training and managing outsourced R / E contractor staff to meet business requirements
Knowledge of capitalprojects and construction project management
Possession of excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
