Overview
This is a strategic leadership role within Global Workplace (GW) responsible for overseeing Booz Allen’s global real estate portfolio and leading a team that serves as the primary interface between the corporate real estate function and the global business units. The role ensures that all real estate decisions align with the broader operational and growth goals, as well as enterprise strategy. The team supports strategic planning through data-driven, proactive, and collaborative strategy development, including expansion, consolidation, relocation, renewal, or closure, by assessing demand forecasting, business alignment, scenario modeling, and governance for strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee capital planning and budgeting for real estate initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and ROI expectations.
Implement and manage real estate systems and tools to monitor portfolio performance and space utilization.
Oversee all real estate transactions and leasing activities to ensure alignment with financial goals, risk management practices, and operational needs.
Analyze financial metrics, evaluate opportunities, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, external brokers, consultants, and vendors to facilitate decision-making and execute real estate strategies that align with client expectations and business objectives.
Support governance for strategic initiatives and work with cross-functional partners to drive results.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience with corporate real estate, specializing in strategic planning, finance, leasing, and transaction oversight
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
Experience managing global real estate portfolios and leading multi-site initiatives
Experience leading teams of transaction managers with strong financial acumen
Experience with capital planning and ROI analysis
Experience conveying complex real estate information clearly to diverse audiences
Experience supporting ongoing lease administration for a global workplace portfolio
Ability to influence and engage with executive stakeholders, think strategically, execute methodically, and use data to drive insights
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Bachelor’s degree

Experience with government contracting environments and related practices
Experience with government-regulated secured space facilities and operational requirements
Experience training and managing outsourced real estate contractor staff
Knowledge of capital projects and construction project management
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation
Booz Allen offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
