Our compliance‑first approach leverages AI search optimization, voice search SEO, chatbot indexing, and knowledge‑engine targeting to help regulated brands boost organic visibility, lead generation, and revenue across AI‑driven channels.Role OverviewAs Growth Marketing Manager for our women’s health vertical, you will own go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and execution—applying best practices honed across highly regulated sectors. You’ll combine performance marketing, demand generation, inbound/outbound campaigns, content marketing, and CEO to drive qualified pipeline and client retention. Reporting to the founders, you will serve as the primary client partner for OB/GYN practices, telehealth providers, fertility clinics, and wellness brands—translating their compliance‑driven marketing goals into AI‑search success stories.Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi‑channel growth plans—SEO/AEO, paid acquisition (PPC), programmatic ads, email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and PR—tailored to women’s health clients within a broader regulated‑industry context.Industry Expertise: Leverage insights from regulated sectors (health‑tech, financial services, legal) and deep women’s health knowledge (maternal health, fertility, hormonal care) to craft persona‑driven messaging and competitive positioning.Client Success & Consulting: Act as lead consultant for women’s health brands, advising on marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM integration (Salesforce), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and AI‑search best practices to optimize patient acquisition and retention.Content & Thought Leadership: Partner with content and design teams to produce SEO‑optimized blog posts, white papers, eBooks, case studies, and webinars on women’s health marketing, digital health trends, and AI in regulated environments.Data‑Driven Optimization: Define KPIs (traffic, MQLs, SQLs, LTV/CAC, churn); build dashboards; run A/B and multivariate tests; iterate campaigns to maximize ROI and accelerate pipeline velocity.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, customer success, and sales to refine product‑market fit, prioritize feature launches, and ensure seamless client onboarding.Team Leadership & Scaling: Recruit, mentor, and lead a small growth marketing team—specialists in paid media, SEO/AEO, content, and analytics—as we expand our women’s health practice.Required Qualifications4–6 years B2B growth marketing experience in health‑tech, women’s health, or other regulated‑industry SaaS.Proven track record scaling brands via SEO/AEO, content marketing, and performance campaigns.Hands‑on expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), AI‑search platforms, voice search optimization, and chatbot indexing.Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).Exceptional communication—translating complex healthcare and AI concepts into persuasive marketing collateral.Entrepreneurial, self‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced startup.Experience managing or growing a marketing team preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary + equity in a high‑growth, compliance‑focused SaaS.Remote‑friendly, flexible schedule and generous PTO.Health, dental, and vision benefits (US hires).Professional development stipend and industry event budget.Please apply here or send materials to careers@trymimos.com!
