We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Growth & Product Marketing Lead to Intryc’s organic and paid growth. To give a high level sense of the expectations, your most important mission every day is to build something you think will help the company grow.
You will be expected to ideate, plan, and execute, entirely on your own or with whomever you need help from to bring your idea to life with extreme accountability and urgency.
This role is perfect for someone who loves wearing many hats. Οne day you might be writing a blog post or editing a customer testimonial video, the next you’ll be planning a product launch campaign.
You’ll have startup agility (we’re a small, fast-paced team) but also work on polished SaaS marketing materials that resonate with enterprise audiences; the best of both worlds! Your mission: engage our community, educate the market, and ultimately drive growth through stellar content and storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Community: Create engaging social content (posts, graphics, short videos) for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other channels to build an active community of followers. Experiment with witty copy and visuals to spark conversation and showcase our brand’s personality. Blogs & Vlogs: Write compelling blog posts (and occasionally script/film short video blogs) that educate and entertain. You’ll highlight industry trends, customer support best practices, and Intryc’s thought leadership in fun, relatable ways, turning complex ideas into shareable stories. Product Launches & Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches and feature updates. Coordinate cross-functionally to craft messaging, launch announcements, emails, and landing pages that make our audience say “Wow, I need to try this!”. Ensuring consistent, exciting narrative across all touchpoints. Whitepapers & Guides: Develop in-depth whitepapers, e-books, and guides that showcase our expertise in AI and customer support quality. Simplify complex concepts into accessible, compelling narratives that establish Intryc as a trusted authority in the space. (Think thought leadership content that prospects love to download!) Customer Testimonials & Case Studies: Turn our best customer success stories into powerful content. Work with customers to collect testimonials and craft case studies that highlight how Intryc improves support operations and unlocks insights. This may include written case studies or short testimonial videos that add credibility and warmth to our brand. Short-Form Videos & Creative Media: Produce short videos and multimedia content for marketing (product teaser videos, how-tos, social media reels).
Who You Are
Experienced Marketer: You have proven experience in content or growth marketing, ideally 2+ years in B2B SaaS or tech startups building engaging content campaigns. You’ve worn multiple marketing hats before and can share examples (a portfolio of blogs, videos, or campaigns) that demonstrate your creativity and impact. Storyteller & Content Creator: You’re a skilled writer and communicator who knows how to grab an audience’s attention. From punchy social posts to in-depth whitepapers, your writing is clear, engaging, and on-brand (with a touch of wit when appropriate). You have an eye for design too, able to ensure content is not just well-written but also visually appealing. Multimedia Savvy: You can scrappily produce content across different formats. Comfortable with graphic design and video editing tools, whether it’s creating visuals in Figma or Canva, editing a video in Descript or Adobe Premiere, or uploading and optimizing YouTube content. Basically, you’re tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools as needed to make great content. Data-Driven & Growth-Focused: You love looking at the numbers behind content. You track, test, and refine your campaigns based on performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, etc.). Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or A/B testing is a plus. You base decisions on data and are always looking for ways to boost results. Startup Mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take initiative. You’re strategic, creative, and execution-oriented all at once; capable of brainstorming big ideas and also rolling up your sleeves to execute them. New challenge or sudden change? You embrace it with a positive attitude and adapt on the fly. Customer-Centric & Passionate: You care about customer experience. You empathize with support professionals and are excited about helping them succeed. If you have experience in customer support or have created content about CX/AI in the past, that’s a bonus (having written about conversational AI or support platforms is even better!). Above all, you’re passionate about our mission to turn support conversations into actionable insights; your enthusiasm will be contagious.
