Job Description
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our small but growing marketing team and help accelerate customer acquisition. You will primarily focus on driving growth through Google Search and App campaigns, as well as channels like Meta and TikTok. The role involves creative optimization of our marketing funnel outside paid ads, including partnering with design for landing page improvements and working with product teams on sign-up funnel optimization. This position offers significant ownership and experimentation opportunities, encouraging testing hypotheses to improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, especially with app-install and web campaigns. Fintech sector experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Own campaign execution and strategy for Google Ads, maintaining CAC and ROAS targets.
- Analyze and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and user engagement, defining and measuring KPIs.
- Design and execute A/B tests to identify optimal campaign setups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like design and engineering to launch new campaigns.
- Stay updated on paid media and fintech trends to keep Fizz competitive.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in media buying.
- Strong expertise managing Google Ads (Search, App Ads, YouTube, etc.).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions aligned with CAC and ROAS goals.
- Proactive and action-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of in-app/web event setup and tracking.
- Familiarity with SKAN limitations and performance measurement in an IDFA-less environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to ambiguity.
- Basic SQL knowledge (joins) is a plus.
