Overview Join to apply for the GTM Systems Engineer, Integrations role at OpenAI . Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain integrations between GTM platforms, including Salesforce, data warehouses, Retool and other enterprise tools. Implement automation and data transformation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to GTM operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, refine solutions, and deliver high-quality technical outcomes. Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. Lead a project from start to finish when required, or contribute as a critical member of larger systems engineering efforts. Qualifications Proven ability to deliver technical projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with API-based integrations, automation platforms, and enterprise system workflows. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and fixing integration issues. Working knowledge of data governance and security practices. A willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing business priorities.
