Overview Head of Activation Design, Global Commercial Enablement. Lead new areas of design within the Global Commercial Enablement GTM team, scoping new ways to bring product to market through design of sales incentives, systems, and partnerships. Translate complex business priorities and product strategy into actionable operational frameworks, empowering cross-functional teams for execution. Work closely with GTM and Sales executives to drive concepts into action and influence Go-To-Market leadership.
Responsibilities Lead the team responsible for developing GBO's activation engine — universal product taxonomy, prioritization of ads products and sales motions, and the application of activation levers (sales collateral, training, tools).
Drive a transformation agenda and roadmap to improve activation levers via bundling, automation, and other initiatives.
Own decision-making and execution for large, cross-functional projects related to sales activation strategy and design.
Influence senior leadership across Go-To-Market, global product solutions, sales and product management with executive-ready insights and facilitation.
Orchestrate cross-functional activation plans and build durable, scalable processes to support alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
5 years of experience with executive stakeholders and leading a team.
Preferred Qualifications MBA or related graduate degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
10 years of leadership experience across general management, sales operations, commercial roles, consulting, or corporate strategy.
5 years of experience influencing senior-level executives.
Business and sales experience with accountability for results; ability to manage complex strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate, mentor, and develop Go-To-Market strategy professionals.
Job Details The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share specifics for your preferred location during the hiring process. Compensation details reflect base salary only; bonus, equity, and benefits are separate.
