Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Experience leading and managing a team. Preferred qualifications: MBA, graduate degree, or related experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field. 10 years of leadership experience across general management, sales operations, commercial roles, consulting, or corporate strategy. 5 years of experience working with and influencing senior-level executives. Business and sales experience including accountability for results. Demonstrated ability to manage complex strategic and operational initiatives involving multiple teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and successful execution. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team of Go-To-Market strategy professionals. About the job This team is responsible for setting Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, shaping priorities/resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. As the Head of Activation Design, you will lead new areas of design within the Global Commercial Enablement GTM team, scoping new ways to bring product to market through design of sales incentives, systems, and partnerships. Responsibilities Lead the team responsible for developing GBO's activation engine. Drive a transformation agenda and roadmap to improve GBO activation levers. Own decision-making and execution for large, cross-functional projects and deliverables related to sales activation strategy and design. Influence senior leadership across Go-To-Market, global product solutions, sales, and product management on sales activation strategy. Orchestrate impactful cross-functional activation plans and build durable, scalable processes to support alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
