Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Customer Success, located in the San Francisco Bay Area or the San Diego area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Customer Success will oversee customer satisfaction, retention, and account management. Daily tasks include developing customer success strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing customer data, and ensuring overall customer happiness.
