What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and deployment specialists
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve mutual objectives
- Design and implement technical strategies for effective adoption of the Semgrep platform
- Develop and scale processes to exceed adoption, retention, and growth objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of customer success or sales engineering experience in fast-paced environments
- Experience in recruiting and managing customer success teams, particularly technical teams
- Proven track record of achieving world-class NDR and GDR rates
- Familiarity with working alongside product, engineering, and sales organizations to meet business outcomes
- Experience in building and managing teams for cybersecurity companies of similar size to Semgrep

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the software security industry
- Knowledge of technical solutions and their implementation in customer environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of performance metrics relevant to customer success
